  • We make every reasonable effort to describe our products accurately.

  • However, colors, appearance, or textures may vary depending on lighting, packaging, screen quality, and manufacturing differences.

3. Orders and Payments

  • An order is considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

  • All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, or other approved payment processors.

  • We do not store or have access to your full credit card or payment data.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect information, or product unavailability.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are fulfilled by Selfnamed Fulfillment Center and shipped via trusted carriers such as Omniva, DPD, Latvijas Pasts, UPS, USPS, FedEx, or other partners.

  • Shipping prices, delivery zones, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays, customs processing times, or circumstances beyond our control (weather, transportation issues, strikes, etc.).

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted according to our Refund Policy.

  • Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.

  • If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
